Archway Theme Help

OK back agiain, I have made a couple of edits to the theme already.
But I have had this before which is he ? in the logo and nav bar.
I don't know what crip did to fix them before he had me attach the index.template
So if it's ok I attached it here.

This is the original [ index.Temp. ] .. starting over , cus i saw nothing wrong with your Attach..Ok?
.......or , you could give one of us a Temp. Admin Account and fix it via Admin Panel......?
