Ancedota 20g on SMF 2.02

Hello,
  On Sunday I update my SMF 1.1.16 and Ancedota 1.1.7 up to SMF 2.0.2 and Ancedoat 2.0. The transition went faily smoothly accept for a couple issues in the header section.

Here are the issues:

1. UserID and Password textboxes in upper right of the top header don't recieve focus. Members using menu logon in nav bar for now.

2. None of the links in the header such as "Show Unread posts since last visit" or "Show new replies" working.

3. Can't get the new icon to display as show on this forum for new messages.

Any suggestions or help in getting this working proper is appreciated.

All good except can't get the "New" icon to display in IE  whenon the forum as it does it FireFox. But it displays on this page in IE just fine.

Not sure on that..Have  you ask SMF 2.0 Board support?

Could be a language thing?

What mod is being used for the videos?  I have a galerry already installed.

No .Mods , i think you [ √ ] the Flash and we do this::: & a certain user-group permissions..

Finally where in Ancedota 2.0 is the following forum_width set:
$settings['forum_width'] in div id=Wrapper".

I looked in the index.css file and it states as follows:

In Firebug is states Element.style = 90%; 

In Settings.Template.php is the following:

I want to increase the entire display area to 95%.  Can you point me the the correct file?

I have recently installed the Ancedota Theme on a forum I am putting together for my motorcycle club. I would like to change some of the elements in the header such as the logo. Could you provide me with a pointer to where to make the change?
