TAGGS and BIGSKY theme. Place PM indicator in User info?

On both the sites,

www.usscalemasters.org and www.bwmclub.org

I want to put a PM indication in the upper right of the front page.  In the user info area, under "Show Unread posts" and "Show new..."

On the www.usscalemasters.org site you can see where I have put a text place holder..  Just need some coding help.
