Ok, I actually think its an problem in the language files. That's why I asked to check the default theme. I still would like to know this:

Could you please translate the text for me? I would like to know wich sub-menu is open and what it says.

Try it in default theme, is bug there two?

just by my past , it's really just any other theme , but the Default ..
...sub-menu needs more WIDTH and a smaller Font-Size: 10px;
