Expand avatar size on post & profile page

Hey guys I'm trying to expand the avatar limit size on the profile page and post page from the standard 65x65px to about 150x150px. How can this be done?
I'm using Archway.

Admin -> Forum -> attachments and avatars -> Change height and width of the avatars.
