Title: Current Cleantek Issues v2.1.3

1.  When you click a submenu it gets wider.

2.  In mobile, the Members catbg is not wide enough.

3.  In mobile, the bottom of the footer is part white and part blue.

4. In mobile, Admin Search Method catbg not right.
