I tested it on firefox, and IE, the banner is covered. Any way we can move the links to the right?

It's really starting to look very nice now.
Out of curiosity, if I were to look for changes, which files would I look at?

I checked Firefox and IE, Firefox has all 4 links, but they are staggered. IE looks perfectly lined up but only 3 links.
