I have to agree. As much as Crip not only loves doing this but is an expert, it is only right that his skills should generate an income for him.
Premium Themes are perfect for this - you pay to get the theme.
Also, what about one off designs? Crip designs a one of a kind, it is bought by someone and then that theme is then removed forever. That way it is unqique and only ever appears on one site :)
