I downloaded addon TinyPortal and installed it,everything is great but I wanted to create Forum Stuff Block and I didnt knew code.

Do you know the code for Forum Staff on TinyPortal?

On the TP portal you do not need to know code, for most setting up of blocks can be done by the feature settings in or under "blocks"  in the TP admin control panel, for more info on the you can contact Zarprime at the TP site, he can translate Spanish, if necessary:

I, or one of the other support staff at TinyPortal, can help you with adding blocks, etc. to your site if you are using TinyPortal.  However, I looked at your site at http://samp.goodluckwith.us/smf/index.php but it looks like you have ADK Portal installed there rather than TinyPortal, unless you are talking about another site.

You should probably not have 2 portals installed at the same time, they cause conflicts and possibly even damage your database tables or crash you forum system,. I saw your site had TP and Simple portal both installed.

I would un-install the latest one you installed first and then the other and then install only the one you want to test or try out by it's self.

If you try to un-install anyone of them, do not proceed and please let me know so maybe I can try to help correct this!
