Transmigration [RC4] help with css please

Hi all

Me and a freind have customised the Transmigration theme's colors, we have change the css to add the light blue across the forums(see attachment 1) which is how we wanted it, but now have a little issue, we now see it inside the topics(see attachment 2). I was just wondering if you new how we could fix this so we don't see it inside of topics?
