I have a couple of dumb questions.
1. Since I don't have the original grock106 theme from an installer, how can I go about loading this theme up on my development box?

2. I've looked at the "packages" folder, hoping to find the grock106.zip, but failed to find it. any other places I could look for it?

download all of it , rename it via (theme_info.xml)
Re-Up-Load & install it...
