Thanks for all the kind thoughts guys.  Jeff and Maxx, as you guys know by now,  I have received my newest toy now and am learning to use it properly.  It's getting a little easier every day and, on the 31st of this month, the Surgeon will be removing what I call the bonus present I received that day, 24 staples.  I'm hoping he also puts me on 50% weight bearing on that left leg that day as well.

Scrubby, I don't know how many kids get what I got on my birthday, but it is something I have been hoping for now for over 5 years.  Now it's just a matter of using my new left hip implant and just getting used to it, and getting my restrictions removed again so that I can drive again, etc.
