One of my members contacted me about our WAP2 theme and asked if I could add a search option to it.

I didn't realize how lousy that looked. Could only find one or two mobile themes for SMF.

Is this something difficult to make? Somehow I thought our custom theme would carry over to WAP2.

Well, I'm not aware of any SMF themes that support the search action in the WAP2 mobile protocol, even the default curve theme. Have you asked this question over at SMF?
