First Before you get to wrapped up in the NFL season, Take some time to Get you Flu shot!

Don't remind me...my head is already stuffed from sinuses when the weather keeps changing. But the flu shots don't help with that unfortunately... I have other meds for that. But last year was the first time I've ever got a flu shot. I never got one before because I figured I'd be one of the ones that would get sick from it. LOL

But I got it and only got the sniffles, no major sickness like almost every year. And I can get it free at my job. :)

I got a Flu shot two weeks ago.  :)

Was surprised they had them in already at our local Walgreen.

My youngest is a senior in High School. I learned a long time ago to get one ASAP after school started. Doesn't take long for stuff to start going around.  :P
