How to customize header with Title below logo

Using CS Cleaner Theme and SMF 1.1.12, I would like to add a large font forum title and below it a short welcome message for forum members. For example:

[logo on top left]       [Welcome back,.... standard info & Date]

MyWidgit Support Forum

Welcome to the XYZ Company MyWigit support forum.  Blah blah...

Tabs: Home Help Search Admin  ...

Any ideas where and how to do this? Thanks in advance. I posted this on SMF before I saw your site.

While I don't believe this theme is still supported, or even available for download, Crip will have to decide whether to do this work for you and whether the work will cost anything.
