Turquoise (modified)

Hello Crip!

As you know I am using a modified version of Turquoise and I'm wondering if the news feed is on there or hidden? I would like to put it above the header, but am not sure if that would require more coding than I know. Thanks for any help!

Hey Crip,
I put the first set of code in the CSS (with some color and font size edits) but the second set confuses me. Should it just go at the bottom? I'm not much of a PHP person.
